KELSI'S SNACK GUIDE
01
Easy snacks for the days when you're running from one thing to the next.
Sometimes you want chocolate at 2pm. We get it. Kelsi's Brownie Bites are made with whole-food ingredients, sweetened with dates and honey, and made without gluten, dairy or soy. Individually wrapped and ready for your purse, backpack, desk drawer or lunchbox.
Slice an apple and add your favorite peanut or almond butter. Sweet, crunchy and wonderfully uncomplicated.
Prep a batch at the beginning of the week, keep them in the fridge and add a shake of everything seasoning when snack time hits.
One banana. One spoonful of almond butter. Zero culinary skills required.
Toss together almonds, cashews, pepitas, unsweetened coconut and dried cherries. Add diced Kelsi's Brownie Bites if you're feeling fancy.
02
A few childhood classics that absolutely deserve a comeback.
Who doesn't remember these? Celery + peanut butter + raisins. Crunchy, salty, sweet and somehow still just as good as it was when you were seven.
Slice apples horizontally, remove the core, spread with nut butter and sprinkle with coconut, chopped Kelsi's Brownie Bites or granola.
Split a Medjool date, remove the pit, fill with peanut butter and finish with a tiny sprinkle of sea salt.
Wash. Freeze. Eat. That's the recipe—and they're especially good on a hot afternoon.
Crackers + cucumbers + berries + nuts + whatever else is left in the fridge. Basically a kid-friendly charcuterie board.
03
Because wanting something chocolatey in the afternoon is a very real thing.
Pair a Kelsi's Brownie Bite with raspberries or strawberries when you want something that actually tastes like dessert. Chocolate craving: handled.
Add fresh berries and a drizzle of honey to plain Greek yogurt. Use your favorite dairy-free yogurt if you prefer.
Thinly slice an apple, fan the slices onto a plate and drizzle with peanut butter. Finish with cinnamon, chopped Kelsi's Brownie Bites (we love Salty Peanut Caramel!) or granola.
Sweet Medjool dates, creamy tahini and a pinch of flaky sea salt make a ridiculously easy little treat.
Creamy pumpkin chia pudding topped with crunchy granola, pepitas or nuts and chopped Kelsi's Brownie Bites. Make it ahead and let the fridge do the work.
04
Simple options for school, work, practice or wherever lunch happens today.
Yes, we're biased, but we promise all five of our kids really do love these! Individually wrapped and just the right size for adding a little something sweet to a lunchbox. Pair with fruit, veggies or nuts for an easy mix-and-match lunch.
Scoop hummus into a small container and add cucumber rounds, carrots or your favorite crunchy vegetables.
A no-fuss applesauce pouch paired with a small handful of almonds makes an easy desk, car or lunchbox snack.
Roll slices of turkey around cucumber, avocado or whatever you have handy. Feeling fancy? Put your favorite sauce inside the roll—Dijon, mayo, sriracha… you pick.
Crunchy, colorful and easy to portion into little containers for the week.
05
A little prep now means one less thing to think about when the snack attack arrives.
Combine oats, milk of choice, chia seeds and your favorite toppings the night before. Grab the jar in the morning and go.
Dates, gluten-free oats, almonds, chia, lemon and protein powder come together in a bright, make-ahead snack you can keep in the fridge.
Whisk together pumpkin, milk of choice, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and chia seeds, then refrigerate until thick and creamy.
Pop a batch, add a little sea salt and portion it into containers or bags for an easy crunchy snack.
Start with Greek or dairy-free yogurt, add berries and granola, then finish with chopped Kelsi's Brownie Bites for a snack that feels a little like dessert.

RECIPE
First day of fall means all the PSL content, and we love this super simple, kid-approved 6 ingredient powerhouse. For bonus points (and to increase the odds that picky eaters will eat!) let your kids help prepare the pudding and chose their toppings.

We started it exhausted at 9pm and somehow finished it at midnight. Worth it.
LISTEN
This one actually keeps the car kid chaos to a minimum, and the entire family loves it (it’s a miracle!). Plus, it’s pretty cute to hear a four-year-old sing “I'm only guilty of a damn good time”.
WATCH
We’re a little conflicted on this one. Kids (our boys are ages 4-7) love it and it’s better than a lot of the other super brain-draining options, so we are embracing it! Some of the episodes skew a little old (do they need to learn about porch pirates at this age?), but overall, it’s a winner.
